Movement Analysis
This Page is intended to provide Telemark Instructor Candidates and interested skiers visual training in movement analysis, or the detection of errors in skiers’ technique. Each video contains notes on which elements of a skiers technique is being worked on and how those elements are developing throughout training. Currently footage from this section is drawn from APSI instructor courses and exams, which means the notes are for an Instructor standard of skiing. For a less advanced skier the movement analysis would be more forgiving.
